It's me again!!!

So holidays are done, things are finally calming down. Now lets see what's new with me to blog about.
First of all I did pass all my classes in school last semester and I am now on to my 2nd sem. This one is for sure a little more stressful. I am doing college English, Business Math, Personal computer Applications, and 1 other I don't remember the name of. Oh well. They are all online this time. Decided to try something different this semester. It was suppose to be easier for me this way so I could find a job. However since we are going on vacation in a couple months hopefully, he does not want me to work until after. That way we know I will be able to take off work. So lucky for me, I am still at home with my kiddos, which is how I prefer it honestly. Let's see, that is school, work, vacation. Oh yea, we are trying to go to Florida for vacation. I am almost thinking once I get there, I won't want to come back..hahaha. Ok, school, work, vacation, I think that is about it for my exciting life at the moment. Oh no wait, we moved. It has taken almost a week, but I am finally done with the old house and moved into the new one. Now I get to unpack here. It's kinda odd being in this house, my parents rented the house before us, so no I think of how my parents had it set up, and just seems odd to have all of my things here. Maybe after a few months of being here, it won't feel so weird. I still like the house though. I was ready for a move. Six years in one house is waaaaay too long for me. I'm a mover, not a stayer.lol. Anywho, I will be glad to get all settled so I can start some craftin again. I think I am going to try some sewing again. I don't know, we will see :-)

Just some Randomness

Ok Ok , so I know I said I was going to do this more often, but I haven't. Not that anyone is actually reading this right now anyways..hahaha..I haven't even made the site public yet. But anyways, here's what's new. 


So I have been slacking with a lot of things here lately. I just can't seem to get motivated with anything cause of the cold. I am really starting to dislike winter. Use to it was because of the kids being sick every year, now it's just the cold. I don't like being cold. Seems to take forever to warm up. Cold = BLAH!! So I am going to try and get more things done. May not happen, but we will see how it goes. 


I haven't been doing the whole couponing thing. I am still not sure how people are getting things free. It for sure gets a little frustrating. I have coupon inserts here from 2 weeks ago that I have not even cut out and put in the binder. I can see for sure how some of these couponers are spending 50-60 hours a week working on this stuff. I guess my frustration with it is I am not finding many coupons for the foods that we eat. And honestly, sometimes the generic is still cheaper. So not really sure if I will be continuing it or not.


My semester is almost done at school. I have just a couple weeks left and starting to stress a little about passing my finals so I can move on to the next semester. BUT once I am done with finals I will have about a month off of school before I start again..woohoo!! Super excited!!


Ok so I am also super excited about a new crochet stitch I found on Pinterest the other day. I am for sure a Pinoholic and this is why. I find so many new ideas for crafts and it helps to get the creative ideas flowing. So, I have learned the Tunisian stitch. It's also called an afghan stitch. Once I get some extra money (probably after the bank is busted with christmas) I am going to get the correct hook and some pretty, fancy yarn and start a project. Yes I know, but I already have a crochet project started in my craft closet. But who says I can't start another right...Right!! I'm a crafter, it's what we do, start and sometimes not finish. Ok I know, I hardly ever finish, but I always seem to find new ideas before my current project is finished..hahaha. I love it.


Alright, well anyways, that is just my random babbling. Maybe one of these day I will actually make this site public so other people can see the random babbling. Ooh, no wait, that may not necessarily be a good thing?? I guess we will see.

My AWESOME buy today!!!!

Ok so I have a couple blogs that I read everyday to help me with my new couponing hobby. So I seen online about 1am that Toys R Us was going to have Toy Story 3 Operation board game on sale for $1. Yep, just a buck! Now that is a great deal. So I wake up this morning about 8am so I can try and snatch one up. I stop for a soda and newspaper and head that way. On the way there I am thinking there is either gonna be a very long line already at 8:30 or I am gonna be the dumbass there early and no one else will be waiting. So I get there and there are a couple other cars there waiting...whew..at least I am not the only one going for the deal. Now by time they open there are several people there and I get in line. There is a limit of 2 and I get my 2 limit requirement and head out of the store. I get to the car and decide to go get 2 more..why not..they are dirt cheap and I can always give them to someone who may need a little help with presents.

So I am on my way home, doing my happy dance in the car because I have finally gotten a great deal and didn't wait too long to get it. 1 gift down for at least my son..way too many to go!!

Here we go...

Ok, so here we go with a blog. This is my first attempt at doing my own blog, and I am sure that it will not be followed by many. However that is not the point to it. I am not even sure what I am going to have here on this page. It can range anywhere from crafts, to coupons (I'm just starting that adventure), or photography, or maybe just a few rants here and there. I am going to try and update as much as I can, so be sure to check back to see if I have managed to update the blog, or just to see what is going on in my life. It's not a very exciting life, but it's mine.

So here is what's new in my life right now...I have a teen that is in need of an attitude adjustment, an 8 yr old that needs to learn the meaning of no, a hubby that can be a pain in the a** sometimes, and a dog that, well, I think she is even more spoiled than my kids. I have made the decision to go back to school and I'm almost done with my first semester. It was for sure intimidating at first, but I have stuck it out so far and haven't skipped a lot of days. It's starting to get colder here, and well those who know me, knows I despise it. I want warmer winters. I am not a fan of the cold.
